Former President John Mahama has urged the Akufo-Addo Administration to stop making excuses when it comes to fighting corruption.
In a statement to mark International Anti-Corruption Day, former President Mahama said recent surveys have confirmed that the country is losing the fight against corruption adding that this is a worry to many Ghanaians.
He gave assurance that the NDC will show more commitment in the fight against corruption when voted back to power.
He said fighting corruption requires genuine and collective effort particularly from Political leaders.
Further more, he said the NDC will protect the rights of people who expose corruption.
According to Mr Mahama, no journalist will be killed, live in fear or flee the country because of their investigative reports during his administration.
