The Accra High Court hearing the case of the alleged murderers of the late Major Maxwell Mahama will on the 12th of April show an evidential video by the prosecution.
Initially, the video on a pen drive was supposed to be shown in open court but did not commence, because the ICT personnel could not make a projector and other appropriate equipment available to show the video.
An Appeal Court Judge, Justice Mariama Owusu sitting with additional responsibility as a High Court Judge, therefore adjourned matter for continuation.
The Investigator in the trial and the 14th Prosecution Witness, Chief Inspector Samuel Agyakwa, was giving his evidence in chief before the matter was adjourned in February last year.
Initially, prosecution had wanted to tender the video as evidence for it to be shown in open court but Defense Counsel objected to the tendering for which the objection was dismissed and the video admitted.
According to the witness, the video contains details of how the late Major Mahama was murdered.
Fourteen persons are standing trial at the Accra High Court for the alleged killing of Major Mahama.
