Accra Hearts of Oak right-winger, Patrick Razak has humbly requested the attention of high-ranked football administrators and coaches in Ghana football to be shifted a little to the Eastern Region.

According to the Phobian speedster, the Eastern region abounds with talents but given little attention.

He said this when he took his turn on GBC Obonu TV’s Agoo sports, a Regional TV channel of the State broadcaster.

The forward Born and bred in Somanya, who is also seen by many as the best baller in the Ghana premier league, said he is a living testimony for what he thinks the people of the Eastern region have in them in terms of playing good football.

“Before my final words, I want to say something to the people of Ghana particularly football-loving fans in the country. I want to appeal to Ghana football coaches and administrators to turn their attention and eyes to Eastern Region. There is a lot of football talents there who are better than I am. If you see me playing at the highest level in Ghana and playing for a big team like Accra Hearts Oak, more good players can become national assets,” he said.

The former Horoya AC of Guinea marksman is also optimistic of scoring more goals and even if the chances come he aims at winning the golden boot even though he can only boast of a goal in the ongoing Ghana premier league.

Hearts of Oak will make a trip to the Western Region to engage Karela United in matchday 21.
