Three fire stations in the Tema Regional Office of the Ghana National Fire Service are out of service.
This is because the fire tenders serving those stations have broken down for about a month now.
This was disclosed to GBC News by the Deputy Tema Regional Commander of the Fire Service, Timothy Affum.
He cautioned residents in areas such as Sege to be careful about their activities to prevent possible fire outbreaks, since his outfit may not be able to respond promptly to such occurrences due to challenges they are facing.
