There have been a lot of discussions, opinions, and views on the viral video of SHS students who took to social media to raise criticism of the President which is seen as uncalled for.
Counsellor/Head of Chaplaincy, Guidance and Counseling Unit, Regent University, Rev. Dr. Josiah Andor says the rampant indiscipline seen in our schools is a result of the failure of our institutions.
Adding his voice to the issue of the indisciplined nature of how children take to social media these days
He said children are seen doing these as a result of what they have seen adults do.
“What we see these children do is something adults do on social media, the culture of insults”.
Rev Dr. Andor made the point on the GTV Breakfast Show.
“What we see one becoming is a result and influence of the immediate environment,” he asserted.
He added that parents, society, the church or mosque, and social media have played a major role in what we see these days.
