Sraha AdMA School is the 2023 Adesa Village storytelling and folksongs competition winner. The event took place at the Arts Centre in Accra.
It was an exciting experience as these young ones left the audience spellbound with their passion and creativity in storytelling and folksongs.
All the 20 schools that competed showed exceptional skills and talent bringing stories to life.
The competition which was organized by the Greater Accra Regional Centre for National Culture, aims at bringing back storytelling and folksongs in primary and Junior High Schools.
The Executive Director of the National Commission on culture, Nana Otuo Owoahene Acheampong lauded organizers for the idea.
Sraha AdMA school were adjudged winners at the end of the competition.
Second place position was won by Kyekyerewe M/A Basic School and Mercy Islamic School picked the third position.
