An Economist, Peter Terkper, has charged institutions responsible for tackling corruption not to be biased in their dealings.

He said corruption is not just giving out money in envelopes but any wrongdoing that hurts society.

Speaking on the GTV Breakfast Show on July 18, 2023, Mr. Terkper said, ”the right values and principles must be inculcated in children at the basic level before they develop into adults.”

This is because corruption is about how one is cultured. Culture must be introduced at an early age to ensure functionality; hence, the culture of anti-corruption must come early in life to Ghanaian children as well.
