Management and Staff of the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation today joined the nationwide tree planting exercise dubbed Green Ghana Project.
The Director-General, Prof. Amin Alhassan planted the first tree.
He was followed by the Deputy-Director General, Augustus Yamson, and other management staff and union officers.
The staff took turns to plant within and outside Broadcasting House.
The more than 20 seedlings planted included coconut, orange and other three species.
All the GBC regional stations are also undertaking/undertook the exercise. Prof. Amin Alhassan lauded the Green Ghana Project and urged Ghanaians to embrace the initiative.
