Private Legal Practitioner Maurice Ampaw is advocating the making of a Will by Men. He said the legal document that spells out details for the distribution of assets after one’s passing is very important and critical to keeping family intact in the absence, especially of the Patrich.
Speaking on the GTV Breakfast Show Lawyer Ampaw said, ” to make a Will is a right and a responsibility.”
”Without a Will, there would be difficulty in assigning the estate, and sharing among family members.”
Without a Will, family members could be at loggerheads with each other over very simple issues on the dead person’s property and that could also create animosity in the family, Lawyer Ampaw explained.
