The Ghana Police Service has arrested four individuals in connection with a shooting incident in Nyankpala, a town in the Northern Region. The attack left one person dead and another injured.
The suspects have been identified as Majid Issah, Fodi Issiage Kamara, Yakubu Simalia, and Alhaji Bashiru Mohamed. According to a police statement, the injured victim is receiving medical treatment, while the body of the deceased has been sent to the morgue for preservation and autopsy.
The suspects are currently in police custody and are assisting with investigations into the incident.
The police have assured the public that they are working diligently to uncover the cause of the shooting and bring those responsible to justice.
