Residents of the Tamale metropolis want Government to reintroduce relief packages under the covid-19 to ameliorate the hardship brought onto Ghanaians as a result of the outbreak of the pandemic.
The packages included free water supply across board and discounts on electricity for those in the low income brackets.
In an interview with GBC in Tamale on their expectations ahead of the budget, the residents said the pandemic remains a major threat to the economy and Government must find innovative ways to bring the economy back on track.
