The #FixTheCountry campaign started on Social media where users in Ghana responded to the #FixTheCountry in droves to pile pressure on government to improve the lives of citizens.
Among the movement’s demands are more jobs, no corruption, fewer taxes, and better education.
Meanwhile, the Police have given assurance of maximum security and protection devoid of military personnel. Accra Regional Police PRO DSP Afia Tenge says the protestors have been reminded to stick to the agreed routes.
