The special voting exercise at the Krowor Constituency Police Station center winded down close, with a total of 892 votes cast out of the 1006 expected number.

The polling center was relatively calm throughout the day, but tensions rose when ballot boxes were sealed, and some party representatives demanded to enter the special room where the sealed ballot boxes were stored.

A confrontation ensued between the Police and some of the party representatives, but calm was eventually restored after a constructive dialogue among the election agents, party representatives, and the Police.

In a separate incident, a man who attempted to take a picture of his ballot as evidence of who he voted for was arrested by the police. This incident highlights the importance of maintaining the secrecy of the ballot, as required by law.

Meanwhile, the incumbent NDC Member of Parliament, Dr. Naa Momo Laryea, expressed confidence in the electoral process and the ability of the Electoral Commission to deliver a free and fair election.
