At about 10:4am on December 7, 2024, the Parliamentary Candidate for the Krowor Constituency, Dr. Mrs. Agnes Naa Momo Lartey arrived at the Regional Maritime University which housed four polling stations to cast her vote.

Precisely at the RMU Polling Centre 2B, she verified, served her ballot papers and she went through the process successfully.

Mrs. Lartey who in the incumbent Member of Parliament told GBC News she is hopeful the National Democratic Congress will be victorious with 95 per cent votes within the constituency.

She emphasized that “this is the ‘D’ day. All the work we’ve over the years today climaxes it, I believe that everyone, everywhere should be voting or is in the queue to vote.” She further stated that “when you lift your face above, the sky it is white, green, red and black and so by the grace of were expecting nothing but victory. If you check the weather too it speaks a lot about the victory here.”

Mrs. Lartey said the NDC in Krowor has worked and the track record of John Dramani Mahama also speaks for itself. She stressed that “we can say on authority that the worse performance of His Excellency John Dramani Mahama is the best performance of this administration.”

She added that it is their prayer that at the national level, it will be what she termed ‘Sankofa” for John Mahama and continuity for Naa Momo Lartey.
