The National Executive Committee Aspirant for the upcoming National Delegates Congress of the National Democratic Congress has tabled a proposal before the Constitutional Review Committee for consideration and adoption at congress slated for the 17th to 18th December, 2022 to be held at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Famous Kwesi Kuadugah is praying the Congress to give clear definition of functions and roles for the Executives and Co-opted Members in the party at all levels except The Branch, for each Executive to work whether the party is in power or not
He said, “lack of specific functions and roles in the party’s constitution creates worry and frustration in how they should function effectively”.
Details of his proposals will be made available when call upon to move the motion on the Congress ground.
Meanwhile, Mr. Kuadugah is campaigning to be elected as a NEC Member to champion the NDC’s plan to regularize Okada operations in the country for more votes as an author of several books on road safety, “I will organize training programs for okada riders through the support of NEC and our next government to reduce okada accidents drastically”
He’s promising to push the next NDC government to establish a tricycle and motorbike purchase support scheme for the grassroots and the next NDC government to also bring back what he referred to as a “vehicle purchase support scheme for drivers unions with special consideration to our members”.
