Players and technical staff of Kumasi Asante Kotoko have agreed to a 40% pay cut with football still in limbo due to the coronavirus outbreak.
General Manager of the club, Nana Gyambibi Coker said the decision to slash down salaries was reached during a meeting among the players, the technical staff and management.
Football matches around the world, which attract huge crowds of fans, have been postponed as part of lockdown measures to help curb the spread of the virus.
