The Ghana Chamber of Telecommunications has from Tuesday, September 15, adjusted tariffs to reflect the four percent reduction in Communications Service Tax, CST.

The Chamber in a statement said the modifications will represent 5 percent CST charge on the products and services of its members.

Chief Executive Officer of the Chamber, Ken Ashigbey speaking to Augustus Aquaye said the adjustment means when customers pay the same price for data, they will enjoy more credit, in line with government’s measures to alleviate the cost burden on citizens in the wake of the Corona Virus pandemic.
